It’s a well-known saying in the diving world. Your instructor is the person who shapes how you dive — your skills, your confidence and your overall experience in the water. At many dive centres, courses are often assigned based on availability, which means you may not know who you’ll be learning from or how much experience they have in the specific type of diving you’re interested in.
By choosing to train with me, you know exactly what you’re getting: focused, specialist Sidemount and Tec instruction with a strong emphasis on quality, progression and real understanding. Not just completing a course.
How diving with me works
As one of the few PADI qualified Sidemount and Technical Diving Instructors on the island, I partner with selected dive centres in Gran Canaria to provide the facilities, equipment and access to dive sites like boat dives on the “Artificial Reef”, “El Cabrón”, “Tufia”, “Sardina del Norte” and more. While the centres arrange logistics, I focus entirely on delivering your training and dives. This approach allows for a more personal, consistent and structured learning experience.
The result is better Sidemount and Technical diver training, more confidence, and skills that stay with you long after your PADI Sidemount Diver, Tec Diver or Nitrox Diver course in Gran Canaria has finished.
